Sucrogard

The Protector of sucrose during cut - to - mill delay

Product Introduction:
Microorganisms such as yeasts, bacilli, Leuconostoc, Lactobacillus, etc. infects the cane from the cut ends and cause phenomenal loss of Recoverable Sugar due to Inversion, formations of Acid, Slime, Dextran etc. and reduce quality of Sugar. Sucroguard is Most Effective Biocide to control these harmful microbes.

Applications:
Dose 10 ppm on cane i.e. 10kg / 10 liters for 1000 MT cane, is applied after appropriately diluting in clean water. Cut ends of harvested cane are dipped in the solution of Sucroguard

Salient Features:
Sucroguard kills infective microbes from the sugar cane surface
Forms thin film on the cut ends
Inhibits microbial infection during cut – to – mill delay
Reduces invert formation and acid formation
Safe to use as Sucroguard is removed from the system during clarification
Non-corrosive to metal parts and is non – toxic

Product Specifications:
Sucroguard is a result of extensive research in the fields of microbiology of Sugar Industry. It is a formulation of biocide with film formation and bacteristatic agents and brilliant blue color.

Active Ingredients:
45 + 1%. Color : Deep Blue.
Specific Gravity: 1.02 + 0.05 at 250 C pH as is : 6.5 – 7.5

Cost/ Benefits:
Use of Sucroguard ensures lesser sugarcane deterioration and thus reduces invert, acidity and dextran of primary juice. Color of primary juice is also improved. Thus it reduces phenomenal sugar losses and offers

Every Rupee invested in Polmax - Supreme yields a return of Rs. 5.00
