Evaluation of losses at factory till molasses and impact in Distillery
 

This involves detailed analysis of
 
  •  Primary Juice

  •  Mixed Juice

  •  Clear Juice

  •  Syrup

  •  Final Molasses

  •  Sugar

 Following analysis will be carried out for above samples
 
  •  Reducing Sugars

  •  Brix

  •  Pol

  •  Titrable Acidity

  •  Calcium available

  •  Total Calcium

  •  HPLC analysis of Dextran, Sucrose, Glucose & Fructose

  •  ICUMSA color

  •  Total dissolved solids

  •  Conductivity

  •  Microbial Count

Special emphasis will be given to the impurities from cane as well as added by way of chemicals.
Thus there will be approx. 600 analysis by HPLC for four parameters i.e. 2400 analysis in the month and more than 5500 other analysis.
You will have to provide Lodging and Boarding facility at your Guest House for Six peoples.

 During the evaluation of losses we would be evaluating impact of changes in –
 
  •  Delay in ‘ Cut – to – Mill ‘ time lag

  •  Mill Sanitation Chemical

  •  Lime

  •  Phosphoric Acid Addition

  •  Flocculants

  •  Viscosity Reducer

  •  Antiscalant

  •  Procedural parameters etc.

On the basis of analysis it could be possible to finalize details of procedure for accurate evaluation of process with special reference to the quality of chemical used.
