Mr. V.M.Kulkarni has post-graduated in Microbiology from Pune University in 1982, and title of the thesis is " Studies on Microorganisms associated with Leaching of Copper ". He has authored more than 25 research papers and has 3 patents inforce and 3 more pending for approval.He started VM Biotech, a research based company in 1990, engaged in developing and manufacturing biocides for reducing microbial losses of sugar. This company has two manufacturing set ups will full scale laboratory facilities and is proud of its achievementsand high quality standards.

Professional Expertise:

Mr. V.M.Kukarni has served as "Research Co-ordinator" in a chemical company manufacturing anticacking polymer based chemicals. His hardwork and intelligence was duely rewarded and was asked to develope biotechnology department. The main task was to develope biocide formulations to control microbial growth in non-chromate based cooling water treatment. The next achievement was developing bioinoculants and soil conditioner cum inoculants for making compost, new concept at that time.

Polmax - ESR and Polmax-Supreme are two formulations which are widely acclaimed by industry. While promoting these formaulations, Mr. Kulkarni also conducted numerous workshops to impart his knowledge and outcomes of his research. He is now concentrationg on qualitative and quantitative improvement of farm productivity.
